Comprised of four main structures, the Bungadesa Villa have been designed by their French owner to recreate the feeling of Indonesia that was to be had decades ago. At the same time, all of the modern comforts and conveniences one could possibly seek are provide, including imported kitchen appliances, and a present but never imposing staff. All of the bedrooms have a stunning ocean view. They are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, and safes. Each Pavilion in the estate boasts open living areas, tactfully situated for optimum views of the stunning scenery, yet all of the pavilions are fully protect from the elements. The grounds of the estate are cover in lush tropical gardens and a manicured lawn. Timor statues stand guard over a 12×5 meter overflow pool and accompanying relaxation bale. Fruit trees of every variety speckle the property, tucked to one corner is a thriving vegetable garden, which provides fresh produce for your meals. If you prefer to swim or surf in the sea, a private bamboo bridge bring you over the small lagoon to the secluded beach.

   CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00 PM
   CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 AM
   Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
   Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
   Every room is based on 2 persons. Extra guests will be charged $50 USD per person per night
4. Payment Policy
   All reservations must be confirms with 50% deposit within 7 days after booking is confirmed.Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
