It is only 30 minutes driving from Seminyak where many popular restaurants and shos are located and approximately 45 minutes to the Ngurah Rai International Airport. Since it is very close to the Nirwana Bali Golf Course, the villa is very strategic and perfect choice for the golf enthusiasts.

Living and Dining Area:
The spacious and stunning main open living pavilion has been designed to provide the optimum enjoyment of the wonderful harmony of the Indian ocean and the best position to enjoy the sunset views. This
pavilion is traditionally roofed with natural \'alang-alang\' grass to provide a natural atmosphere and feeling. Its coconut trunk columns and cool cream terrazzo paved floor is the very essence of tropical living. The overhead ceiling fans and gentle sea breezes keep everyone cool. Dining area is situated adjacent to the living pavilion and pool deck. Guests may dine in the dining room or on the pool deck. The 3 meter long antique wood dining table is comfortable to serve 12 for an easy and elegant dining.

The compound of the villa is designed with some free-standing structures: open style Balinese living area facing the pools and the ocean, master bedroom (2 storeys: the bed is upstairs and living area downstairs), 2 separated bungalows (second and third king size bedrooms), fourth and fifth bedrooms (2 storeys: the twin beds are downstairs and the Entertainment Room upstairs) and staff quarter and kitchen. All bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioned, over head fan, build-in wardrobe, best quality linens and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are satisfied with great and spacious view to the Indian Ocean. Satellite Televisions, VCD or DVD and Video System are prepared at the Entertainment Room situated at the Twin Bedroom upstairs.


Pool and Ground:
The ground with its green lawn is beautifully grassed and maintained. The clear 15 meter x 5 meter rectangular swimming pool is lined with dark green stones surrounded by the strong white Palimanan stone. Teak sunbeds are strategically positioned to provide the best view to the ocean as the pavilion. Part of the deck is also designed to arrange a special garden dinner.
