Villa Puri Nirwana is situated about 12 miles (18 km) north-east of Sanur in a tiny sleepy fisher village, Cucukan, with its 17 houses, 95 inhabitants, 3 temples and surrounding rice fields. It is located right at the beach and far away from tourist crowds but still near to many attractions and some of Bali best diving sites. see nearby attractions.

Villa Puri Nirwana Accommodation
The design of the 400 square meter (4,500 square foot) Villa is a synthesis of traditional and contemporary style, featuring a traditional Balinese thatched roof. The Villa is very light and airy, due to its many generously large windows and doors. It has used the finest natural building materials in its construction. The frames and doors (beautifully carved) are from teakwood and there is a marble floor throughout the villa.

The Villa is completely air-conditioned and tastefully furnished with antiques, wooden masks and statues, selected paintings, old photographs and personal artifacts collected from all over Indonesia.

Villa Puri Nirwana Bedroom
Our luxurious completely air conditioned villa has four bedrooms with en-suite open air garden bathrooms and comfortable sleeps eight guests and is set in a spacious tropical private garden with a free form swimming pool, 2 little fountains, BBQ station and sun deck chairs.

The large air-conditioned master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and the garden. It has a king size four poster bed with mosquito net, a sitting area, ceiling fans, a stereo CD player, telephone and an electronic safe built in the huge wardrobes. The ceiling is beautiful decorated with a huge Balinese painting for you to admire. The open-air garden bathroom features a carved stone shower and a large Jacuzzi.

All 3 guest bedrooms have king-size beds with mosquito net, a sitting area, air conditioning and ceiling fans and telephone. They are all decorated with a different theme (bamboo, teak wood, green room). Each bedroom has its own private open-air garden bathroom with hand-carved stone showers.

You will be truly pampered by our well-trained staff! We also have an excellent bottle of Hatten Wine, free use of our horses and a special Balinese welcome dance included in our rental rate !!!

Villa Puri Nirwana Dining and Living Area
The ground floor accommodates the living and dining room, kitchen and four bedrooms. The dining table is large enough to seat 8 guests. The living room is furnished with comfortable Western style sofas, lounge chairs, a day bed, a big bamboo bar with 4 bar stools, decorative lamps and a bookshelf with many books, magazines, games and CDs. You will also find a 29" TV set with remote control for 40 international news and movie channels, and a stereo system with CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery, stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, etc.

A hand carved wooden spiral staircase leads you to a spacious open-air living area with teakwood flooring, comfortable sofas, two planters chairs and a wooden carved antiques Javanese day bed - a perfect retreat to have your Balinese massage. There is a unique carved timber roof - in Balinese belief it has the power to ward off evil spirits- and you will overlook the swimming pool, garden and beach. In the distance you can see the island of Nusa Lembongan.

Villa Puri Nirwana Staff Quarter
A separate building in the back yard accommodates the house staff, service area, and the laundry. The house staff includes a maids, a gardener, a security guard and expert masseuse and cook to prepare a mouthwatering array of delicious Indonesian dishes and a smaller selection of Western favorites.

Inclusions:
- The rates are NET including 11% government tax and 10% service charge
- Check-in time: 14.00 Bali time. Early check-in is available if there is no staying guest on the same arrival date
- Check-out time: 11.00 Bali Time. Late check-out is available until max 16.00 if there is no check-in guest on the same date.
- Late check-out more that 17.00 will be charge at 50% of daily rental rate.
- Deposit of confirmed booking. 50% deposit required to secure a confirmed booking. The balance payment should be settled one month prior to arrival date
- F&B. Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
