The villa features a master suite with a king sized four poster bed, a walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower and sunken bathtub, all set in a delightful landscaped walled garden. The master suite also features a 40 inch LCD screen complete with DVD player and surround sound system and safe deposit box. There is a spacious en-suite with a Javanese style day bed with scattered cushions which doubles as a spare room for families with young children.

The double bedroom suite features a queen sized four poster bed, spacious cupboards and dressing area as well as an equally impressive garden bathroom with a sunken bathtub and shower. There is also a T.V screen, DVD player and music sound system. The outdoor patio has a relaxation area with a Javanese coffee table and seating. A similar patio and sitting area forms the entrance to the twin bedded suite. Equipped with a state of the art sound system and DVD player, large walk in dressing room where there are a selection of games for the little ones to a snorkel and flippers for the adventures.

The centerpiece is a stunning swimming pool overlooked by an open air lounge and dining area. The separate luxury suites provide privacy and personal space while the outdoor lounge and pool is the perfect setting for socializing and dinner parties.

• Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at Gunung Payung Villa
• Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days
• Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master) or by bank telegraphic transfer inclusive of bank transfer fees
• Villa check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon. A late check out can be arranged until 6pm at half the rental rate subject to availability
• There is a minimum stay requirement of three (3) nights in low season, (5) nights in high season and (7) nights in peak season.
• The rental rate is inclusive of return private airport transfers and a car with driver for up to 10 consecutive hours per day excluding fuel.
• There is a 20% service charge on top of all supermarket shopping receipts
• The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
