Behind a coved-stone wall, located at the main entrance and accessed by a series of steps and walkways is a large open air living and dining pavilion and a fully equipped European style kitchen. In the other wing, the building features five double bedrooms, an air-conditioned entertainment and games room packed with a wide-screen satellite television and a video projector.

At your full service, a part time manager supervising a cook, 2 maids, 1 gardener and pool attendant and 2 24-hour security guards.

Palm River Villa is located near the west coast of Bali, on the outskirts of the village of Pererenam 500 m from the beach. The immediate surroundings are luxury villas as well and the famous Balinese terrace rice field. The villa is situated 30 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from Seminyak area and Nirwana, the most famous golf course in Bali.

1. Rates
   All rates inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% goverment tax, airport pick-up (one car -return).
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 - July 31, September 1 - September 15
   Easter Period; peak season period: August 1 - August 31, Christmas - New Year (December 20 - January 8)
3. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
4. Terms of Payment
   A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival. For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
5. Cancellation Policy
   For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
